Free Initial Chat

A free initial telephone chat can be arranged at a convenient time to discuss your space, your goals and how I may be able to help.

During our conversation, I'll explain how I work and advise whether a telephone estimate or an in-home consultation would be the most suitable next step.

Initial Consultation

Every home, client and organising project is different.

For larger organising projects, I recommend starting with a 1-hour in-home consultation. During this visit we'll discuss your goals, assess the areas you'd like help with and provide a realistic estimate of the time required.

The consultation costs £40 and is payable in advance.

If you book an organising session within 30 days, the £40 consultation fee will be deducted from your first invoice.

For smaller projects, such as a single wardrobe, pantry or home office, photographs and a free initial telephone chat are often enough to determine whether an in- home consultation is needed.

Organising Sessions

Sessions are charged at £40 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

For larger or ongoing projects, discounted organising packages are available when booked and paid for in advance.

10-hour organising package – £375
24-hour organising package – £860

These discounted packages can be used flexibly across multiple sessions, with a minimum booking of 3 hours per session. Hours must be used within 3 months of purchase, and full payment is required in advance.

As every home and project is different, an estimated session length will be discussed in advance. If the work takes less time than expected, the final cost will be reduced accordingly. If additional time is needed, this will always be discussed with you before going ahead with any extra time.

Booking Deposit

To secure your booking date and time, a 50% deposit is required in advance for standard bookings. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a secure payment link.

Organising packages must be paid for in full in advance to secure the discounted package rate.
