The aim is to support and guide you through the process in a calm, practical and judgement-free way. I may ask guiding questions to help you make decisions, but you will never be pressured to get rid of anything.

Many people feel embarrassed or think they should tidy beforehand, but there is no judgement at all. Seeing the space as it normally is helps me understand how it is being used and how I can best support you.
During the decluttering and organising process, things can sometimes look a little worse before they get better as we sort through items and create systems that work for you. This is completely normal and part of the process.

Every home and situation is different. Some smaller projects may only require one session, whilst larger or more complex spaces may take longer.
An estimated timeframe can usually be discussed during the initial consultation.

Usually yes, particularly during decluttering sessions, as all decisions regarding belongings remain with you.
However, sessions are flexible and tailored to what works best for you. In some cases, Andrea may begin sorting and organising items independently whilst you get on with other tasks nearby or continue working from home, before calling you back in to make decisions about your belongings as needed.

Yes, absolutely. Client confidentiality and discretion are extremely important.
Andrea understands that inviting someone into your home is personal, and sessions are always carried out in a respectful, professional and non-judgemental manner.

I will leave spaces tidy and organised as we work, including light wiping down of surfaces and possibly a quick vacuum where needed during the organising process. However, I am not a cleaning service and deep cleaning is not included.
If a space would benefit from a professional clean before or after organising, I am happy to discuss this with you.
